Whether you want to boost your cardio, burn energy, improve coordination, or simply enjoy a different style of training, Boxercise is a great way to stay active while learning proper movement and technique.

New 12–16 Year Olds Boxercise Class

A dedicated class for 12–16 year olds starting at Leigh Community Centre.

These sessions are designed to be fun, structured, and inclusive, helping young people to:

  • improve fitness and stamina
  • build confidence
  • develop coordination and focus
  • learn boxing-inspired movement and pad work
  • stay active in a positive environment

No previous experience is needed.

Who It’s For

This class is ideal for young people aged 12–16 who want to get fitter, try something new, and enjoy a supportive group session.

What to Expect

Each class includes a mix of warm-up drills, pad work, boxing-based fitness exercises, cardio, and conditioning.
